Online Ordering Portal

The Eurox user-friendly online ordering portal provides a simple solution to placing orders for you the client. Eurox will host web-based training for users on how to navigate the portal, place orders, and utilise its additional functionality such as inventory management.

Account Management

Eurox provide UK wide account management to facilitate meetings to forge robust working relationships with our client’s management team.

Each client is assigned a dedicated internal and external account management team, collectively responsible for ensuring the seamless functioning of all operational aspects to deliver the best service consistently.

Logistics 

Eurox partner with dedicated couriers to deliver nationally and internationally, this includes timed deliveries which include next day, pre-noon, early morning or same day.

Eurox can facilitate local same day deliveries within a 50-mile radius of our National Distribution Centre. In an effort to reduce our carbon footprint Eurox offer Journey Days in addition to our standard delivery service.

National Distribution Facilities 

Two strategically placed warehouses in West Midlands providing bulk and pick face storage. Eurox HQ is based close to the M5 and M6 providing all the services required to meet our client’s expectations. Eurox warehousing covers 150,000 ft², allowing Eurox to hold large volumes of plain and branded stock to meet Client’s requirements.  

Eurox Detailing 

Eurox provide customised workwear tailored to meet specific brand guidelines and corporate identity standards, Embellishment solutions include screen printing, heat sealing, embroidery, and tax tabbing.

Eurox Re-work Room

The Eurox re-work room provides an alteration service, customising garments to suit the needs of our clients. This service includes, but is not limited to, amending and repairing garments.

The re-work room also manages special measure garment requirements for our clients.  

Face Fit Testing

Eurox can offer face fit testing services from accredited personal which includes the following:

• Face Fit train the trainer.
• Qualitative Testing – For disposable and half face masks.

• Quantitative Testing – For tight fitting respirators and all types of full-face masks.
  

Prescription Eyewear

Eurox and our partner supplier are aligned in our commitment to delivering high quality prescription eyewear products and services. At Eurox we firmly believe that prioritising in the work place should be instinctive.

Our objective is to enhance the comfort of workers during their tasks, enabling them to perform more effectively and efficiently and ultimately contribute to a safer work environment. 

Tech Support

Eurox will only provide our clients with garments and PPE which are specifically fit for purpose depending on the working environment. The dedicated National Account Managers are on hand to liaise with our technical support to provide our clients with guidance on product specification and standards, contributing to a safer working environment.

Our expert team are available to attend PPE forums or tool box talks at client’s sites or Eurox HQ.
